Chris is an ICF certified executive coach and consultant specializing in leadership development, career transitions, and organizational change management. With 21 years of corporate experience in a Fortune 50 multinational, she held management roles in supply chain strategy, manufacturing operations, and innovation, leading high-performing teams and driving cultural change across billion-dollar brands in consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. Having worked in the United States, Germany, and Switzerland, Chris brings a global perspective to her work.

Since 2017, she has dedicated her career to the human side of business, helping individuals and teams navigate challenges and thrive. Chris employs a holistic approach, considering the larger system, individual dynamics, and organizational context. Integrating her industry expertise with research-backed frameworks in psychodynamics, human development, neuroscience, systems theory, leadership, and well-being, she guides individuals through self-discovery, helping them overcome barriers and define their paths.

Driven by a purpose to foster personal growth and joy, Chris founded Alpine Azure, a women's personal development program in the Swiss Alps combining coaching with outdoor experiences. She is a former board member of the Professional Women’s Network in Geneva and a founding member of the Procter & Gamble Alumni Coaching Program.

Originally from the east coast of the United States, Chris now resides in Switzerland. Trained as a mechanical engineer, she holds a postgraduate diploma in executive coaching from the Institute of Coaching in Geneva, an International Coaching Federation accreditation, and an executive Master’s degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD Business School. She works with clients now through Nassivera Coaching and as a Partner with Novus Actus. She is also a founding member of the P&G Alumni Coaching Program. 

In her private life, Chris loves adventure and and learning,  finding joy in the outdoors, nature, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new horizons through travel.
