GETTING STARTED

All coaching programs start with a free consultation to discuss you or your employee's goals. After initial introductions and confirming a great fit to collaborate, we work together to refine your objectives and coaching plan. Programs are normally 3-6 months in duration, with regular one-hour sessions taking place via video call and in person if possible.
